The Fabo Les Company (home to Fabo Les Skateboards, Marvo Les Skateboards, and Fabo Athletic Lyfewear, among many others) has been acquired by China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec) in their strategic bid to enter the skate sector. As a result, the inventory for the upcoming summer line currently sitting at the Fabo Dist. warehouse has to be liquidated in order to make room for Sinopec operations.
