I don't usually have the time to connect with all the people who say lovely things about my writing, but you happened to reblog Bitten Lips on a particularly awful day for me, so I had to send some appreciation to you. It's still one of my favorite things I've written--the process of it was maybe even more wonderful than the finished product. So to see it still getting love feeds my writing soul. Your writing made me feel better when I needed some escapism. Let me tell ya, it's so good, one of the best Alfie fics I've ever read. Right up there with some of @twistedrunes Alfie works, which is some of my favourite fanfic ever. So, please, your work was just fabulous, I just got the pleasure of enjoying it.
And I've been ill, so I've had so much time to click through your works on AO3 (I think I'm gonna start with the smut 👀 ) and it's brought me so much comfort. Right now, Alfie is the only thing bringing me comfort at the moment. I am his wife. So thank you for brightening up my day.
