Okay, I'm kind of obsessed with that face teapot, so I looked for more information at the link in the post, and under the related teapots was this one, which appears to be a painted version instead of gilded?

That link actually describes what's going on with this teapot, which I also copied into the alt text because it does a very good job of succinctly describing the ubdescribableness of this teapot.
Key notes: The animal at the front is actually a dolphin, and not a small dog like I thought. The handle is apparently a mermaid being held up by a satyr?
Anyways, amazing teapot, so glad I was able to be blessed with the image of it today.
Thank you so much for including a clickable source link that was an absolutely fascinating read. This is such a convoluted teapot. It's so wild there's just so much going on here. Baffling!
Here's another creepy one! Maybe if the sculptor had put more decoration on this "minimal teapot" the faces would want to stay inside the pot?
I'm sorry but all I can see here is
[Image ID: the abzorbaloff alien from Dr Who, which is a green alien that absorbs people into his body, leaving their faces sticking out of his skin. The photo has the faces of his five victims from the episode overlaid on an image of him with several faces sticking out of his fat green body. end ID]
This is not the first time I have had this reaction to a teapot and I'm sure it won't be the last but legit every time someone sends me teapots with faces that look like they're trying to escape the teapot like this I can only think of the actual worst episode of doctor who I've ever seen. If I had a nickel for every time I've had to search "Dr who alien who absorbs people" to respond to a teapot ask, I'd have two nickels. But it's weird that it's happened twice.
thank you for tolerating my insane asks i know i sent a lot, im so happy i get to share these with someone that i forgot how to act 😔💖

Listen. LISTEN. I have had so much fun with these asks even if it took me a while to answer them because I didn't have spoons to write image descriptions. Your responses to the prompts were so creative! Especially the first prompt, a teapot that definitely killed her first husband. Those ones were super funky. Loved it.
I'm sensing an animal theme in your so sweet and cute it doesn't need sugar selections. Also, I'm pretty sure the third one is the characters from Winnie the Pooh. They're all very cute! Also, your teapots that have seen some shit are also very funky and fun.
Good job! You're the second person ever to finish my teapot scavenger hunt! I will reblog this post in a few minutes with your medal! (I do long image descriptions on the computer, but use the meme generator app on my phone to make the medals).

Okay I HATE this one I hate it so much oh my god. Why is it’s expression so knowing?? Why is it laughing at me?? It knows my secrets!! And finds them funny!! Uncomfortable!!
0/10 would not want withing a mile of my house if someone gifted this to me I would assume it was cursed and get rid of it as soon as possible.
For some reason this is giving me flashbacks to the helping hands in Labyrinth that lead to the oubliette. Like same odd body vibes. And... oh no... just remembered that one episode of doctor who.... 😬
Abzorbalovians.... sorry this one reminds me of the most cursed Dr who episode I've ever watched so I would not want it in my house.
This one looks like old timey cartoons. Like it's just a kinda cursed silly little guy. It'll play tricks on you and have an absurd giggle. I don't hate it but I did find it viscerally uncomfortable when I first saw it so you couldn't pay me to put it in my house lmao
