Not all “Face Unlock” methods are created equally. There’s a huge difference in being able to simply identify a face and analyze it on the same level as a fingerprint. Many Android phones can do the former, but it takes special technology to do the latter. That’s what enabled iPhones to do so much with Face ID, and some Android phones can do the same thing.
