Go to your blogger account -> templates -> edit HTML
Find the tag </head> and just above this tag paste the code you just copied
And try to save your template you will get the error (Error parsing XML, line xxx, column xx, The reference entity “version” must end with the ‘;’ delimiter)
Replace the code with the following code

Now save the template

Now on your blogger account go to the layout
And click on Add a Gadget
Select HTML/JavaScript and paste the code you just copied and click on save
