@dillonengelmann had a brilliant moment of #facilitatethefacilitators and had us each choose rocks from the ocean in the dark that represented what we brought and we needed from this week on #shelterisland. This formed the basis of our FVC for our week with the Trevor Day School 5th graders. We built a #cairn out of those rocks, and now they're in the living room for the week. #facilitationdomination #datpalife #paislandlife (at Quinipet Camp and Retreat Center)
