Thanks to FadingSignal for this video and to @chrishpz for sharing it.

I used this and saw that the NLA plugin was not conflicting with climates of Tamriel. CoT adds new weathers and does not replace vanilla weathers, while the NLA plugin ONLY replaces vanilla weathers.
