hi, hello i finished reading force of attachment today and holy fuck. please excuse me if this doesn't make total sense, i've got so much to say!!
before diving into anything tho, i'd like to thank you! force of attachment is one of the most amazing reads i've had, like ever. maybe partially because you managed to combine two of my special interests PERFECTLY. it was everything.
let's start with the chatacters! jedi oscar was so fucking spot on, i loved being in his head, adored how his relationship with the force grew in parallel his relationship with lando. purple light saber? absolutely fitting. and then lando, the little minx the little gremlin! oh he was so well written, i loved how you let us get to know him bit by bit. lando at the zoo was so adorable, and his trust in oscar from the first second... yeah they both have my heart. mark was a very pleasant surprise, i ended up adoring him too, and galex being galex!!!!
you got me giggling and kicking my feet so many times, screaming too at some parts, and crying at the end.
i have to metion the coruscant chapter specifically (not just cause i could barely read from the tears), because it was so beautifully written and delicately crafted! i adore that you've decided to approach things from a non canon perspective, because yes, attachments aren't necessarily bad when you can process your feelings around them.
the attention to detail was also out of this world, i felt like i was watching a movie while reading the story. it fits so seamlessly into the star wars universe! the fun fact about a mudhorn's egg being fuzzy, the kyber arch, the podracing on tatooine!!!

augh thank you so much!!! i'm glad i could do both f1 and star wars justice for you :) i'm glad you liked my jedi oscar he's sooooo special to me. the purple lightsaber was jenna @oscarmeowstri's call bu i think it worked well! i too love star wars. clearly. and it was cool to learn even more about the universe i already loved while writing this fic! this fic was very inspired by the high republic series, which i definitely recommend if you haven't read them. i love stories about jedi being complicated and messy and figuring things out and this was my way of exploring that! thank you again for the nice compliments!!! <3
