So I don’t know if I already sent this(my phone has been acting weird lately), but I just wanted to say I’ve really been enjoying your blog so far and I wanted to say thank you for creating it. It’s really helped me get back into my love of drawing and art.

As a thank you I wanted to send you my own drawings of my universes fairy Dev(who’s a hybrid and Irep and Pari’s adopted son) which I’ll admit has a lot of inspiration from your art such as the lightning and D shapes on his wings.

I hope you enjoy it and I hope you don’t think I’m weird for sending this(also don’t worry I haven’t posted these on anything else and wouldn’t do so without permission or credit).

TFOANW: A Wishful Wish AU/Aka Dad Peri & Fairy Dev Au

So, one of the many future fics I am writing is a fanfic where Dev wishes Peri to be his Dad!

It's a Fairly Oddparents A New Wish Au where after an incident regarding Dale’s neglect towards his son and getting to know Dev better, Peri does the one thing he thought he would never– break “Da Rules”... The one thing keeping him from becoming a Fairy larger threat to all. 

Acting a little freer, a little braver and a little more like himself, Peri slowly becomes the Fairy Godfather he had wanted to be– no longer seeing his godson as a job or a chore but the little ray of sunshine behind those shades of his. As the two spend more time together, learning to understand each other better and being more of a family than Dale could ever give, it seems that things are finally turning up for them.

But all good things could come to an end as the disaster of the birthday party takes its toll. A fight between father & son breaks out, leading to Dev breaking down as Peri tries to console him and a tearful, heartfelt, wish is made.

“I wish you were my Dad!”

The story follows my idea and knowledge of old folklore--

Sooo to add on... Long ago, Fairies were once and still are known as Fae. Old Folktales spoke of how these trickster creatures used to steal the children of villages and towns for reasons unknown. To eat them, for servitude, as tropes or pets?

Who's to say....

But one thing for sure, though little is known of it, should a child go and follow a Fae willingly, without lie, through heart, mind, body and soul– with true acceptance– the stars that store their fates become anew… The child is reborn, their mortal body breaks and a Sprite created. 

And a Sprite and their Parental Fae are the most powerful beings in creation…

Fairy Dev au starts off with Dale meeting a mysterious someone at a Casino, Dale is mainly there for drinks and to have a fun night, to relax a bit. He's young he wants to live a bit. Someone at the bar catches his eye..

The mysterious fairy is only a one night stand, Dale doesn't really remember his face, but he's certain she was pretty.

Mysterious fairy sure was a strange person though ultimately Dale isn't too interested in trying to find the person- even if he did end up with a surprise kid.. a strange kid..

Dale honestly doesn't know what's wrong with Dev and his wing's, he calls Dev the newer model, more unique compared to other kids. It seems only natural for a dimmadome to be special.

When Dev was born it was a strange phenomenon, it cost a fair bit to keep the doctors quiet about the whole ordeal, though it was manageable. His kid had some strange abilities sometimes, like changing the weather with intense weather.

Dev isn't that strong due to being a mix of fairy and human, eventually with more time his body will adapt and he'll learn how to fly or use simple spells but he himself can't make impossible wishes of any sort. The max he could would be to summon a box of cereal at some point and even then he would gain magical exhaustion, leaving him bedridden if he tried using his powers too much.

He doesn't need wishes to survive... but he does need magic
