0zonoff Regional Form #03 ► LILIGANT Fairy/Grass Base stats HP 85 / ATK 10 / DEF 100 / SP.ATK 80 / SP.DEF 115 / SPD 85 Evolves from Petilil (0zonoff Regional Form) when it is traded holding a Whipped Dream (like Swirlix!)
In this form, Liligant is now able to learn Misty and Grassy Terrain /level up. It also learns a new Fairy status move called “Gluco Gift” : • The user gives to an adjacent ally its stat changes. It fails if there is no adjacent ally.
Inspired by sweet strawberries with chocolate, ice cream and whipped cream. Its flower is supposed to be a strawberries tree‘s flower that looks like a crown, that’s why it has Queenly Majesty. I'm not proud of this "chocolate texture", but I won't do much more effort while I'm doing this kind of edit. It's just a hobby, I don't really want to improve my Gimp skills or whatever, I just want to spread and share my ideas. Anyway it has the aspect that I saw in my mind. Maybe someone more into drawing will be able to redraw/redesign it one day!
