Ghetsis x Fairy Type Reader
Ok let's be real. Ghetsis typically likes people he can find useful. This is especially true after what happens in the games of Black/White 1 and 2.
When he was arrested, all of his Pokemon were taken away from him. He foresaw this coming a long time ago and is mostly why he never got too attached to any of them.
But after he served his prison sentence and got out early (though there's definitely police keeping an eye on his every move while he's out on parole) he's sorta just, left with nothing to do.
No power, no grunts, no pokemon. He's honest to Arceus terrible at catching pokemon on his own so he decides to find out where his old team is.
That's where you come in. You're the leader of a Pokemon sanctuary that rehabilitates Pokemon from criminals. You either set up Pokemon up for adoption or release them back out into the wild. You have a team of fairy types that help soothe the former criminalized Pokemon. You take your job very seriously as these Pokemon all deserve a good home, especially the ones that's lived with humans for too long; they no longer know how to survive alone.
But with Ghetsis, he's so used to getting things done his way that he's admittedly taken back by your vehement REFUSAL to give him back his former team. But he's a stubborn man. The last thing you expected was for him to apply to a caregiver position at your sanctuary. You were very skeptical but you gave him a chance.
It's hard not to laugh at how bad he is at, well, everything! This man never worked a day in his life at a retail or restaurant job and is very overwhelmed by how difficult things are.
He's definitely sure you're taking advantage of him or bullying him on purpose until he sees you coordinating everyone and doing the work alongside him. He's left to complain to an empty wall.
But then he sees you in action when a new Pokemon is introduced to the sanctuary. It doesn't react well to being taken away from their human and lashes out violently.
It locks eyes with Ghetsis and starts to stampede over but you rush in with your high level fairy types and manage to soothe the wild beast into a better mood.
Expect Ghetsis to actually follow your orders more willingly after. He does eventually get better at doing things.
Despite what his original intentions were by working here, he finds himself...oddly at home. He's praised for his hard work and the creatures he tends to start to care for him. He knows this when a heard of Miltanks gathered around to protect him from the new Tauros.
He watches you from a distance, tending to his formerly abused Hydreigon. He's never seen his dragon so docile, being so soft and tender with the way it nudged its face against yours.
You stop Ghetsis one day to tell him the truth. Most of his Pokemon had already gone to good homes. The only one left was his Hydreigon and she just wasn't ready to meet him yet. Not now, but maybe one day soon, you told him before asking if he'd like to stay working here.

He sees you as the sweetest person ever because of it.
He also loves the pokemon you take care of. He says they're as cute as you.
Leon doesn't really have fairy-type pokemon on his team so he's really interested in yours.
He asks to have friendly fights with you regularly so he can learn more about this interesting pokemon type.
Of course, you always lose.
So he likes to tell you what he learned after the fight to check if it's correct.
As often as he can he likes to help you take care of these pokemon, first of all: because he likes doing it. And second: Because it's his excuse to spend more time with you.
He always tells you he helps you so he can study their moves and how they behave.

♡ He goes to all of your shows and gets as upset as you do when your pokemon faint.

♡ He likes to battle you because he loves the excitement on your face when you win.
♡ At first, Milo knew close to nothing about fairy-type pokemon, and so he began reading and asking you non-stop about them.
