When the type of threat might differ from tribe to tribe, ranging for rains of mercury spikes to wandering giants, the warnings often try to convey a care and wariness to more sinister and cunning evils that awaits the unwary and the lackadaisical. Mimics, of course, are known far and wide, for they are now the can on of the quests and mythos of the heroes that embark on them, but even in relatively docile places dangers might lie in the bright light of the sun. Frooblins are one of such threats, for this pesky carnivores mask themselves expertly as local vegetables and fruits, laying in wait for a lonely prey - kids or the elderly are their favourite, for the meek and weak are less likely to survive the gnarly encounter. When a lone Frooblin is in most cases no more than a brief scare, they always move and attack as a highly aggressive pack, rapidly swarming their victim, biting with their razor sharp teeth and twisting, suckling mouths to rip the morsels of flesh and drink the blood in a brutish display of savage hunger. Once sated they will promptly escape, moving to a new location entirely to mask anew under fresh guises, hoping and preparing for a next meal...
