It happened May 7, 2025 at Bill Barber City Park 5:40 pm. Three random fake cops harassing a person at the park near the Civic Center of Irvine, City. The male person was just standing in the park and three random officers, approached him and interrogated him for nothing.

The female cop is officer Tulloch Badge number 754. She was completely rude and aggressive. They left after they were told of a pending criminal case against Orange County police involving their actions. Police Harassment and Police Impersonation.
