Last night I made: 

-Pumpkin sheet cake w/cream cheese icing (from How sweet eats website and it was a major hit

-Carrot lentil soup w/Harissa (boy is that spice hot!)

- Chicken tikka masala from Smitten Kitchen (great easy recipe!) 

So tonight should be mega easy.  I also took time out of the work day to vote, and I hope we don’t end up with a crazy new government.
