My sunshine on this miserably rainy day...
So, all week, just about, has been just yucky and cloudy and rainy and cold. Today is no exception. So, my family stopped at Starbucks on our way over to drop my sister off at school, like we do occasionally, and I ordered a pumpkin spice latte which is my usual this time of the year. After I said my order, my barista told me that I get a free pumpkin cookie with my drink. It was such a nice surprise that really made me smile. Everyone else in line brightened up at the mention of free cookies with their pumpkin spices as well, since apparently that was what everyone else was ordering.
