𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐒 𝐊𝐖𝐎𝐍 ( @fallenqod )
concert woes.
starter for @fallenqod – ! 💌
Adrenaline isn’t something that androids feel — or, better said, should feel. Yet, Kinam can’t help but speculate if that’s what the fans are feeling at their concerts. The way they sing, dance, and shout aloud with the idol androids throughout the whole show is something that makes Kinam grin from ear to ear. Concerts are his favorites. He loves being able to perform for his fans. He gives his all to them, to MANIA. And he loves waving to the crowds of cheering fans. Loves to crouch down to the stage floor to wave to those in the general admission area. Making hearts with his hands or arms. Blowing kisses. Pointing to their signs. He just loves being able to spend time with them. Even if it isn’t for a very long time.
By the time the track list has winded down to the last few songs, and the group is saying their final farewells for the night, Kinam can’t help but take a moment to just observe the room. It’s an ocean of adoring fans. Who see him as something more than just an android. To them he’s something more. That thought alone is enough to keep him going during brutal rehearsals and panicked, busy schedules.
When it’s his turn to speak, he chuckles a little and smiles so wide that his eyes turn into crescents.
“Ahh, I hope everyone had a good time tonight ~ I know I did ~” he pauses to look out into the crowd, feeling something akin to what humans identify as “joy”. “I really don’t want to say goodbye… but I know that we’ll all see each other again soon!”
Once the group had finished their final song, and bowed to their audience, they began to make their way off of the stage. Each of them waving farewells, blowing kisses, or just staring out into the crowd - awestruck by the sheer magnitude of people in the room. Kinam once again crouches down to wave to those closer to the stage.
While he may not be highly favored among the fans, he doesn’t want to be rude. They may not feel the same towards him, but Kinam feels nothing but love and admiration for them. His eyes stop on someone holding a pink sign with his name on it. The sight alone is enough to bring a few tears to his eyes…
“I wish I could meet one of my fans in person. What I wouldn’t give to be able to spend time with one of my own fans.”
He spends a few extra moments waving to them, directing finger hearts to the flustered audience member holding the sign with his name on it. Before he stands he mouths out a “see you later.” And proceeds to leave the venue. Once backstage he and the rest of the group are rushed by the staff in different directions. Body moving quickly, his mind slows down and goes back to the fan he spent a few extra moments with.
“Yeah, I would love to be able to meet someone who really likes me.”
❝ I believe we just had to learn to fall. ❞
SONG: get me away from here, i’m dying ; sebastian and belle
what’s funny is how much the non human can tell each other on an almost instinct. they share eyes and take breaths and immediately share that knowledge -- like a crackling tension in the air that promises they know own a secret that normally belongs to the other. this infuriates many creatures. vaympires bare their teeth and weyrewolves make their hands into fists, and wytches look at their palms as though spells are written in the markings there. he doesnt’ doubt some syrens feel similar. lashing a tail no longer belonging to their body so long as legs hold them steady.
gatsby can’t recall if he has ever been so bitter before. even now with a vaympire before him there’s nothing but that sweet passivity filling his insides. or curiosity. so many years behind him and gatsby has found the two are almost identical now; even indigo has murmured into his ears of how he is never not curious. it befits you and is you, slipping into his skull as he leans against her and slips into sleep.
ah, an urge now. his gum pops and pulls back behind his teeth as the vaympire sways a bit to the music playing, the tone of gatsby’s voice swallowing up most of the proper singer’s own notes.
funny, how those words could be lyrics of their own. maybe even to this song if gatsby didn’t know it inside and out. he lets his voice crescendo. as the music fades away, so too does his own voice. and for a moment there is silence. consideration. fingers laced beneath his chin as he looks into the vaympire’s eyes and slowly exhales, something like humor that gatsby sets free.
“where are you falling?” he asks the other creature, an ache in his jaw. “not far if your feet are on the ground.”
HAYLEY KIYOKO
'what do you miss about the sea?'
“My brothers and friends. The animals too. Most of them don’t listen to me here.“
'how flexible are you , hyung?'
“Easier to show than tell. Spoiler--I take a lot of yoga.“

He says nothing. Literally. Nothing. But he’s smiling at her and Cricket takes that as a good start. She has no problem singing the chorus alone, her nimble fingers darting across the strings. It’s easy to get lost in it and before she knows it, the last note is swept away by the sound of waves crashing against the shore. A sigh escaped her and she leaned back, balancing her ukulele on her lap. “Thanks for listening,” she said once he speaks, “there are some songs that I can barely remember. They’re like flecks in my peripheral. Just outta reach. But the Beetles? Thankfully they’re etched in my brain somewhere,” Cricket chuckled before glancing over at him with a curious look. “Do you have a song you’d never forget?”
