Whatso Funny about this? - This joke might bee more appealing to British English speakers. What we call apartments in American English, they refer to as "flats". "High rise condos" are tall apartment buildings with flats or apartments that people buy and own rather than rent. A bungalow is a small house or shack. Compared with these skyscrapers, they appear very flat. And THAT's what's so funny!
