I am always ablazed in indecisive emotion when something falls to the floor. A mix of anger, a mix of irritation, sadness, and fatigue goes about and I swear, if I had any super power, when something falls, carrying a shield is a good choice. ^^
NASA reminds people who find chunks of the satellite in the next few days or weeks to call local law enforcement to report them. After all the burned up satellite is government property. So don’t try to sell it on eBay.
