We roasted a half chicken from @nalliepastures, shredded the breast and dressed it with our homemade mayonnaise, then toasted some hearty sourdough bread from @purplecarrotbread, coated both slices in shredded #FlorysTruckleMissouriFarmsteadCheese from @millcitycheesemongers and layered with @neighborsacre new #fallmicrogreens, the spicy kick?
