i don't ship dipcifica but i think they should be friends and pacifica should get invested in dipper's lame nerd hobbies and be super embarrassed about it
For @galacticbearcave.....album review and tarot reading.
🎵 Old Women album by Jetty Bones:
🔹 Clear Honey: “I need to find a way to make this forever” will be playing in my head till 4am. Her voice is so soothing in a way? Has such an upbeat beat and yet there is this angsty edge I like. She reminds me a bit of Paramore’s Hayley Williams. The slowed down bit near the end has this cool muffled quality that makes me feel sad for her? Like she’s wanting to escape from them.
🔹 Innocent Party: more chill this one is. She’s just wanting to be emotionally heard it seems. v relatable. That breakup angst lol...she went through a lot it sounds like when it comes to relationships. “All i want is for you to hear me out” “I worked so hard to get here” I feel these. “I was nothing but rotting flesh” also speaks to me. I want to hug her!
🔹 No Lover: personal fav of the album i’m calling that now. you know how hard it is to keep one’s speech as close to a fast beat like that? mad respect for that. “I don’t need a lover, ‘cause I don’t need anyone” #relate. I really like this one too! she honestly reminds me of Ingrid Michaelson with her melodious voice and diction while singing.
🔹 Morning Clothes: i can imagine this one being played in the morning to get me out of bed. “As time goes on will we both forget” makes me think of your past relationships. She’s getting the closure you wish you had it seems.
🔹 Spokes: i yawned as she said “sleeping it off” lol. “keep your chin up” there you go! Jetty Bones can be your mood-lifter maybe. There is a guy voice! “There’s a trek in your head” um,... that means?
Overall 7/10 pretty good that’s like a B+ I’m adding the CD to my car collection so I can listen going elsewhere.

this reading is for the week ahead. The first card is for the beginning of the week and heading into the week. The second card is for the middle of the week. The third card is for the ending of the week and the reaching of conclusions about issues you’ve been dealing during that time.
Deck being used: The Rider tarot deck based off of the Rider-Waite system. Art by Pamela Colman Smith.
🔵 JUDGEMENT (rightways up)-- this card is a member of the major arcana (this means that its meaning what it is representing is more likely to occur in the future. Cards that are minor arcana are likely to occur, just not as much. A simple decision you or someone else makes could change the outcome of a minor arcana while a major arcana is a stronger, more weighty card). This card is said to indicate a change in a position on an important matter or that you will finally come to a decision on something that has been bothering you for a long while. This card also is said to mean a rebirthing process which has been preceded by the rough times you’ve been having. Those times are drawing to a close and newer, more positive things are creeping their way to you.
🔵 NINE OF CUPS-- here we have a card that is a minor arcana. Much like a regular deck of playing cards, tarot cards are split into suites. In playing cards they are clubs, hearts, spades, and diamonds. In Rider-Waite tarot systems the suites are cups, wands, swords, and pentagrams/pentacles traditionally. Each suite has a personality--so to speak. The Nine of Cups brings with it a victory or a success in whatever one is striving for. It heralds that midweek, after that decision from the Judgement card you will be more content with your physical and mental well being. Whatever that decision was, it gives you some level of added peace to your internal and external worlds.
🔵 THREE OF CUPS-- Again, we see that the suite of cups is following you. The suite of cups is associated with the Sun and light. It is for those who have learned to take up their portion of space in this world and own it. It also brings with it a sense of emotional immaturity where the person has some lessons to learn still. This card indicates that the peace brought to you midweek only intensifies later in the week and as the week ends the victory felt fades into a feeling of solace and healing from whatever was the damage and stressful thing that was worrying you in the beginning of the week. A sense of fulfillment is brought to you.
As I was shuffling the cards, one card in particular jumped out of the deck, eager to let me know it was important. As my reading was planned to be a three card spread, this one becomes a bonus! Cards that pop out are meant to help add details or nuance to something found within the reading itself. They can also speak to separate matters affecting the one the reading is being done for.
🔵 7 OF WANDS-- This card is said to signify great triumph in the face of adversity. These troubles tend to be business related and can be perhaps arguments or unsettled competitions between coworkers. However, one should note that this card emphasizes that the victory is won by fighting long and hard. There is no easy way out here, you must stick to your own determination and hold your ground.
And so, our tarot reading is complete. Take from it what you will. Overall, it seems that this week is made to be finding the resolution to a long standing battle. Please note that only one of these cards are major arcana. This means that should you make a different decision than the one you’re currently on track to make, this version of the future would then be messed up. Approach with battle armor and caution.
I hope you enjoy your reading! Considering the business and communication aspects of this reading and the negotiations that might help you succeed in your endeavors, I would check where my Jupiter and Mercury were at the moment. Please note that I believe Mercury is coming into retrograde around the twenty-somethings. So, brace for that.
