These blogs are all wonderful people that you should follow! Urls in black are people i admire and wish I was cool enough to talk to. Urls in blue are people I have talked to or have become friends with, and love very much! And the last two in dark blue are very important friends to me in real life. Without them I probably would have never met all of you. Another add-on to anima-perdita's question: Once you get the hang of 2nd position, it's one of the best things ever! 2nd and 4th position have gotten me out of a tight spot fingering-wise more than a few times. They're really handy skills to have in your arsenal >:) So it'd be a great idea to be really comfortable in these weird positions. My teacher once had me do an etude that was entirely in 2nd position, and it helped so much that the position is really easy for me now...

hi! i'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this (sorry in advance!), but...i'm new to using your themes (just picked up theme 08 today and it's beautiful) and i had a question about the one i'm using. i'm trying to put in a sidebar image and it keeps looking squished. is there a particular image size i need to use? thankssomuch (:

for theme 8 the best size image to use is a square one, like 166px by 166px or 200px by 200px, as long as it's square it won't look squished :)
