Hat Trends for Fall 2013 you can wear everyday

Lower temperatures don't mean your hair is safe from the heat. Au contraire, really, you start spending more time in the sun (you need to get that vitamin D somehow), your showers get hotter, and you're exposed to weird types of air: heater air, drier & meaner air, and cold, cold, cold air.

Thankfully hats are here to save the day, and while you should follow the basic steps to maintain your mane in tip-top condition, it never hurts to keep it from the cold weather. Also, your ears need something to keep them warm. I hate cold ears. 

BCBG Beanie. Because it takes a classy lady to pull a beanie off. And you are a classy lady. 

Eugenia Kim's pom pom beanie. Because you're classy enough for pom pom ears. And seriously, who needs an excuse to wear pom pom ears?

Hervé Léger sports cap. Don't wear baseball caps unless they have faux leather inserts. If anybody tells you different, it's a trap.

Fedora hat by Mango. Because it's a classic and it takes a girl with a shitload of attitude. If you don't think you have it, worry not. Wear it for a couple hours and it will emanate from you.

Urban Outfitters' bowler hat. It's quirky and adorable, which means it's in. It will make any outfit just a bit sweeter.

Ted Baker faux fur hat. Because cold weather equals faux fur. And it's so oddly chic I just can't handle it.

SPECIAL MENTION:

Gucci Earmuffs. Nothing wrong with earmuffs. Did I mention I hate cold ears?
