I was recently told about this account @whitepinupgirls today and how I feel about it. This is how I feel. There are several accounts dedicated to different races in the pinup culture. Black Pinups, Asian Pinups, Latina Pinups, all pages to show the women of that race helping to inspire and grow the cultures in pinup world wide. They do not discriminate or attack or lash out at other races in pinup and even at times feature models of different races on their own pages. THE IMPORTANCE OF THESE PAGES is to show the wide cultural reach of the growing pinup scene and culture and continue to promote #pinuphasnoskincolor stance. It is for everyone and every race. I SUPPORT THESE PAGES BECAUSE I am emailed daily by both grown women and little girls asking if they can be apart of pinup culture and style even if they aren't white. So I direct them to the many pages that show their culture in the scene to help inspire and support their choice to live their dreams!! WHY I DONT SUPPORT @whitepinupgirls. This page was created with negative energy and to lash out at the other pinup pages created to support different races and cultures in pinup. They have already changed the negative worded bio to claiming their page as a social experiment. They are googling "white Pinups" and using with out permission models photos to gain exposure on their project with out even asking them refusing to take down the images when the models ask. They are claiming to support all races in pinup but by their stance and and obvious "trying to make a point" take on this matter they are proving otherwise. THE REASON I DONT SUPPORT THIS PAGE! Because this page isn't created to help the pinup culture or girls in it. It isn't positively empowering women of the "white" culture nor making them look good. This is a negative page, with a negative agenda and they right out the door destroyed any credibility or positive standing they could have had! #pinuphasnoskincolor #falsesupport #negative #badapples
