yes yes!! honestly i really wanna see this because of makoto saying something like “they looked like they had hope once, like they used to laugh with their friends.” I can’t remember the exact quote but. please let us hope we see a hinata
thats pretty much what he said, yeah. and even if they dont have memories of the simulation (or how i see it they have dreams about it) they know makoto gave them a second chance to live so??? i just want them to help and be like “We gotta return the favor” thing

Disgust in their chest and ice in their veins, they hold a tray of sweets they’d never wish to eat. Sweet enough to create a stomach ache and causing the decaying of teeth, Komaeda could never understand the stereotypical fascination of such treats by children. They can still taste the disgustingly sweet cake on the tips of their permanently smiling lips even after all this time, feeling their stomach turn over and over: stark contrast to the expression they wear.
“Monaka-san,” they call her name in their usual hollow voice, letting their presence known by the jingle of their chain as they moved, “I have these for you.” It was probably inedible again, but they tried; anything revolving cooking and baking were never their strong suit. “I tried adding new ingredients this time. I hope you find it to your liking,” they say as they hand over the tray much like an actual servant.

IT WASN’T EXACTLY any of his business as to why a kid was out this late &&. it wasn’t really his place as ‘an up &&. coming punk rock legend’ to care. But what kind of person would he be if this kid was lost? Or what kind of guilt would he feel if something BAD happened. Sometimes being as solicitous as Leon is a curse &&. with a sigh, he leaves his team in the batting cage, just to make SURE she’s alright.
“HEY kid, are ya’ lost or somethin’?”

( the only thing i can think of ( &&. it may just be my own misunderstanding or negligence ) is the fact that i don’t think the whole despair incident was handled or described very well. at least; it certainly wasn’t in the ANIMATED version. it was referenced enough times &&. i could get a grasp that they were in the school as a safety protocol rather than being trapped but even so; i think it should have been shown more; or even explained better because for a lot of the anime i had no clue why they were in there or what was even happening. but like i said that was probably just my own mistake, but even so; the fact i still don’t understand almost three years later is still somewhat shifty. i don’t know; i just think it could have been alluded to more or even just properly explained about how it ALL happened. I MEAN, how could a whole world descend into chaos? because all i remember being sited was ‘despair incident over run by junko enoshima.’ i don’t know; maybe just a better description of that would have been better. )
