Tutorial how to write letters to UP10TION on their Official Fancafe (read above)
You must be on level 2 on UP10TION’s Fancafe to be able to post your letter. Read here how to level up your account.
You can’t post a reply to their 10TION Talk updates or your own letter., but you can post reply to their attendance/cheering post updates. All UP10TION members regularly visit the official fancafe to read your support letters. They read your comments regularly. Also, you are able to join the fancafe chatting with them! Most of the time, the chatting room only available for 100 people (2-3 U10T members & 98 fans)
After helping out during the two recent level-up applications (1/13 and 1/26), I decided to make a post about the steps of the process.
I will try to make this as detailed as possible, but you may ask me at my Twitter/Curious Cat account should you have more questions.

Background:
The official fancafe is open to anyone with a Daum account.
Upon joining, you will automatically be a Level 1 member (준회원). Navigating through the boards with this rank is pretty much limited.
To be a Level 2 member (정회원), you have to apply during specific periods set by the fancafe admins. There are a series of questions that you need to answer and post in an application board. After the period closes, the fancafe admins evaluate the submissions received. You either pass or fail, depending on the accuracy of your answers.
Only those who bought the official membership kit will be Level 3 members (우수회원).
How to level-up in Wanna One’s official fancafe:
1. When the application period starts, go to the bulletin board (등업공지) to view the questions (정회원 등업신청 문제).
2. To post your answers, paste your answers on the application board (등업신청).
3. Click on the picture icon to attach your photo (for streaming proof shots).
4. Click on the lock icon to make your post private (required).
5. Lastly, click register (등록) to submit your post.
And that is basically how to apply for the level-up.

I will update this post with the Daum cafe app ver. when the next application period starts.
After you click the button next to where you insert the E-mail, check your E-Mail Account for the code that stands next to ‘ 인증번호 :’ to write it into the box underneath the E-Mail. Afterwards check all the boxes and click the blue button to continue.

Okay! So - you want to write a message to the girls on their fancafe but you don’t know how to navigate the site! :( Don’t worry - we’ve got you covered. I decided to make (a very short and simple) tutorial on how to send a message to CLC on their Fancafe!

If you haven’t already you’ll need to make a Daum account before you can post. Here’s a link to the previous tutorial I made that shows how to make a Daum account and join CLC’s Fancafe.
So once you’ve done that, go and head on over to CLC’s Fancafe and login! To log in you simple click the button circled in the top right of the picture below. Enter your username and password on the next page and hit that blue button (as shown below)
Now you’re going to scroll down until you see the To.CLC section of the board and you’re gonna click that!
Next click the button circled below and that will take you to the place where you actually write your message!
Now, here we are - this is where you’ll write your message. Before you do you must use the drop down menu shown below to choose which member your message is addressed to. Of course you can choose to just address it to all of the girls :)
Then you are going to enter a title for your message in the first box and you’re going to write your message in the big box at the bottom. As the Fancafe is in Korean most of the message will be written in Korean. Don’t worry if you can’t write in Korean, I’m sure the girls will appreciate any message sent to them (although, if possible - use as much Korean as you know!) and remember to be respectful and polite! Don’t ask invasive questions or constantly ask when the girls will release a new album. Leave them messages of support!
Okay, your message has been written. Now scroll down and click the button circled to post your message. This will post as public so everyone can see your message.
One last step and you’re done! Click the button circled below! This will confirm your message and show you your post on the fancafe. Now just keep checking back and if you’re lucky - you might get a reply from one of the girls!
I was just wondering, are the applications for HIGH GIRLS open?? Like I saw high4ness said on her askfm that it isn't but people are still sending in some?
oh! technically, they’ve been closed since like.... spring-ish, but i still sent it in and it got accepted LOL. go for it!
