tbh if there’s one thing I absolutely love about posting anything r&m related it’s how people seem to hate it significantly less than my other content

I think it’s an unspoken rule by this point that the archenemies of any fandom shall be paired together, canon or not.
Two examples:
Optimus x Megatron
Zarkon x Alfor
Add on if you want.
Speaking as an occasional Tutu artist; you've been such an integral part of Tutu fandom for so long that it's almost intimidating. Like in a "I can't talk to sempai!" kind of ridiculous way. I mean I remember being a baby in the Tutu fandom oh, 7 or so years ago and you being pretty much the fandom figure head.
I was hoping this wasn’t the case, but thank you very much for telling me and being honest with it. I honestly don’t know what to do to be less intimidating. I’ve never tried to be intimidating, period. But it seems like even when I suck up the courage to initiate talk with someone myself, it still doesn’t work. And I’m really at a loss for how to fix it. I never wanted to be seen as ‘fandom figure head’ or anything like that. I don’t like it when people put me on that level or anywhere near there. I’ve just wanted to be a part of the fandom and share stuff and makes friends like normal people do. Granted, I have made some absolutely great friends and I can’t say that enough, but I feel like artists specifically avoid me or don’t associate with me. And I don’t know if I’m supposed to apologize to them or what I can say to show that I’m just like everyone else, as I’ve always been.
Really, the only thing that was integral about my participation in the fandom was that I was so persistent, since I loved the series more than I thought possible to love anything and continued to love it almost excessively for 8+ years now. That’s why it’s stuck with me so long and continues to be a fountain of inspiration. I guess I was kind of “loud” in the sense that I posted a lot and did all lot of different stuff and mediums within the fandom, but I never wanted to come off in an unapproachable way. I was just super excited about the series and having people to share that with.
I just don’t know what to do about it.
i have literally just added "ihatefmafandom" and "ihateroyaifandom" to my list of saved urls (bringing the grand total up to 4 lmao i hate parking on urls)
i will probably never use them but
my furious passive aggression needed an outlet and i found one
hahaha oops actualfax shaking with rage at all of these people in royai fandom now
bc yes let's throw all of our sympathy behind the person who blatantly ripped people off numerous times, and after her "apology," posted about how WOW WASN'T EVERYONE HAPPY NOW, THEY COULD JUST GO ON AND HATE HER and then bahleeted it later, and while we're at it, let's toss the artists who were stolen from under the bus
this is so fucking immature I AM SO ANGRY
wow wow wow this is why I enjoy being a non-fandom being. I don't think I could handle the stress of being a ~fandom blog~ idk how you do it
mostly i handle it by not giving a shit what people think of me
also i have a long fuse and a very short temper, so if i get upset about things, it’s usually for just a couple of minutes, and then i’m over it and laughing about it as i go to town on dismantling fandom’s bs
so
