1. Patience is everything.

Examples: Lucaya (2 seasons waiting), Stydia (5 seasons waiting), Destiel (8 seasons and counting)

2. How to make a well-structured argument.

Example: Person A and person B belong together. This is evidenced through the character’s actions, what they say to each other, and what the writers have said (etc.)....

3. Deduction skills.

Example: Well person A looked at person B when they said that they’re ready for love, so clearly person A loves person B.

i feel like because i follow people in so many different fandoms i just watch about 500 shows now

To be honest, I don't even think that asieybarbie racebending Sailor Moon is a conversation most moonies can even have because sjw are swarming it like flies to shit and that combination is truly noxious.  That being said, there's two blonde senshi, two blue haired senshi, two black haired senshi, one brunette and one green haired senshi who are all white as the driven snow besides Setsuna who's maybe two shades darker so diversity clearly was not a concern of Takeuchi's when she designed them. Is that a bad thing?  No.  Problematic? Yes. But that's alright, because the fandom is free to tweak and recreate the canon characters, plotline, and themes as they see fit in the name of creativity and fandom.

That's where fun terms like alternate universe, universe alterations and redesign come in, which let people who are unhappy or see things that could have gone a different way express their fandom feelings in their own way with their own rules with canon characters whether it making an entirely new alternate universe for them where they are in a different situation but are still themselves, tweaking parts of the canon they find themselves unsatisfied or wanting to play with, or totally redesigning the uniforms or in this case, race, of the characters.  I honestly cannot believe that someone has to break down basic fandom terms like this but it seems like no one else is willing to go there.  It's not erasure in any way, shape, or form.  It's expressing fandom as they see fit.
