this scenario is probably so unrealistic but whatever. honestly im soo so sooo into someone being on the brink for like an hour just stuck by the toilet spitting saliva out and refusing to puke but then after so long they finally start retching and gagging. but it’s unproductive and they feel sooo sick and they know theyll feel better if they can just get it all up but nothing is happeningggg…. their face is red and their tummy aches so bad with the effort but all that comes up after an eternity spent puking air is a few trickles of either acid or thick sludge. i can never pick which one lol. their belly calms but they dont really feel better. then they enter this cycle of intense nausea followed by intense dry heaves until they puke up the most pitiful little shots of vomit.
either this continues until they gradually feel better…or after hours of torture without true relief, they finally projectile vomit repeatedly and uncontrollably until theyre left flushed and panting raggedly over the toilet bowl. the force of their vomiting sending the contents of their stomach all over the back of the toilet, and even some of the wall.
idk. just can never seem to get this one off my mind.
