How are they any better than the person who called him rude for declining a picture? I actually think these “fans” are much worse because they know who he is and they choose to talk ugliest things just to feel that they’re better than him.
I know, anon. I think there are people who are always looking for a reason to hate Louis (or Harry) and will gleefully jump on anything that they can remotely skew to fit their narrative. They won't apologize, either because they think they're still right, or because they have their group of like-minded comrades and criticizing the boys is sport for them. They aren't Louies or Harries or Larries, etc., they're Haters.
I think all we can do is ignore them or try to counterbalance it with positive attitudes and support for the boys. It won't help to get into a fight with them (or heaven forbid tag the boys in the fight!!). We just have to hope they also hate being ignored and will move on to something else, where they'll get a reaction and reinforcement.
It makes me sad to think that flight attendant encounter is still on Louis' mind and he still feels bad about it. I don't know how he can stand to go on Twitter or Tik Tok because he wants to relate to fans, then see the hatred towards himself or those he loves. He's one of the strongest people I know of!
