Okay, but I might have accidentally created new Percy Jackson fans? Like, I babysit these kids every now and then, and like, last week I brought the Lightning Thief to reread once I’d put them to bed. But they used up their screentime with an hour left before bed and I asked what they wanted to do in the meantime. They were like “idk” and I was like “have you ever read Percy Jackson? I brought it with me” and they were like “no” and I was like “oh I’ll read it to you then”.
I kept them up past their bedtime by twenty minutes because they wanted me to read chapter three.
