In regards to the 'apology' letter.
I am aware that Shane Morris has taken my contact information, and will use it in regards of me ever contacting his artist again.
Basically, what this means is Shane's pretty much just covering his own ass. Ryan is safe. Ryan will not be bothered again. Because the only threat of legal action looming over her head is where Ryan is concerned.
I've reread Shane's post about 30 different times and while I'm not totally convinced that he didn't write it himself (read it and start looking at unnecessary apologies/sentences), I at least believe he coached her (once again, look at all of the apologies/references to Shane).
What concerns me is the fact that there was no mention from Shane or 'C' to forwarding her information to Brendon or Dallon or Sarah or their respective managers or lawyers. If this was truly over, there would be a mention of it, for example, 'all parties involved have been contacted and have discussed the way this incident should be handled' but Shane has continually said, 'I have handled it'. Usage of just 'I' indicates that Shane is doing what Shane does and that is shitting all over the people he doesn't like. Ryan is safe. Who gives a fuck about the other people, right?
The stalking is by no means over. She just knows now not to touch Ryan.

Someone needs to contact Panic's management and get them on this shit so it will finally fucking stop. Legal action was not taken. A person can say all things have been deleted but that doesn't mean she doesn't still have access to them.
