Ever heard the head canon that Paul is really Poseidon in disguise cause he still loves Sally can you write something like that or just a Sally/Poseidon thingy
Yeah no. Never heard of it and… don’t like it either… ô___Ô I like Paul as a character and I like that Sally gets a chance to move on and be happy with a mortal who will grow old with her and not abandon him.
Because seriously, Poseidon doesn’t deserve a second chance. He never told her he was married until it was literally too late and then left her pregnant and alone. And while she lived with an abusive disgusting pig for six years, he never did anything either.
Paul is there and accepting and helping and yeah, mortal!Paul is what Sally deserves.
This is one headcanon I’m not going to entertain. ^^°
I’m not too fond of Poseidon and Sally as a ship due to the above mentioned reasoning anyway. Rarely does it happen, when I want for Percy to actually be raised with his godly siblings and I go with Sally as the Roman side of Amphitrite - Salacia.
