$30 - No color, clean line
$50 - Clean line and flat color
$80 minimum- Clean line with full color (based on complexity)
Backgrounds and additional character pricing is going to vary. Range of $15-$100 additional cost, again, depending on complexity.
On account of these being Emergency Commissions, pricing is a guideline, and I am willing to attempt to work with a budget, within reason.
