“What’s the point of being offended? Really life is too short for that— well— unless you are of the undead persuasion I suppose. Really though darlings, if you are offended why don’t we just throw a party and make it a good time? You don’t have to feel left out~” (fangtastic-pretty-boy)
Just gonna throw Mortimor into this cause I have an urge…
Well, to be honest, Mortimor wasn’t as offended as his other brethren. Just a little hurt that his own existence was being questioned by someone. The King of Monsters wondering if there was any hope of convincing the ghost of the existence of other paranormal entities and creatures, but also respecting his beliefs and views.
A party? Well, from what he remembered, parties could be pretty fun and a way to meet new people and faces. He couldn’t remember the last time he held or attended a party to be honest. It felt like centuries in fact.
…but he had no real plans to throw one right now. It seemed unnecessary and he didn’t think he was a good party planner anyway.
The vampire just smiled and waved the other off, trying to convey to him not to worry about it. It wasn’t like his feelings were utterly damaged or destroyed. If anything, he was interested in meeting a ghost.
