Day 7 - Legendary

Finale time! Ignore that this is late, I was with friends today.

Spear pillar. The top of spear pillar-

She’d heard stories of this place- the place that her parents knew well. If they knew she’d be here they’d ground her— but she had to stop him. She had to end all of this… That way she could finally rest..

Andromeda stood by her side, surveying the area until she saw him “Orion..” she started in a whisper “ORION!” She repeated, louder. Selena looked off to her… friends call. She clenched her teeth and fists “What are you even trying to do anymore?! You know what your cause is is FACTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE!” Andromeda shouted, before Selena put her hand on her shoulder “Calm yourself…” Selena growled at her, carefully approaching Orion “Look, we can handle this the easy way.. or the hard way.” She put a hand on the man, which quickly got slapped away.

“Orion! Orion… Listen to me..” She noticed he had something in his hands, “You can’t.. Do this! You can have a life without him! You can—“ “That’s the thing Shiori. I can’t.” She was put off by her johtoian name being called “… How do you…” “Shiori!”

She looked behind her, seeing her parents running up the steps. “Mom.. Dad— no! Orion just give up! Please! We can go back to our normal lives, if you think you can you can—!! Just listen—“ “NO!!” Suddenly he let go of the thing in his hands, and before anyone could react— black beams HIT her- raising her into the air!

Screams rang through the pillars, Selena’s body seemingly losing its spark, losing all life all at once— until her eyes SNAPPED open suddenly

Her eyes lit a glowing white, no iris or pupil in sight, still lifted in the air but her body didn’t seem lifeless anymore- somewhere in the middle- a purgatory- a Schrodinger situation-

Suddenly the sharp beams that had seemingly ended her retracted, throwing her onto the ground- and as people around started rushing over to her..

And she opened her eyes… And she started breathing.. And she suddenly had to strength to sit up— a miracle, a miracle!

“Oh Arceus- what the.. Are you okay?! Oh- oh dear-“ Dawn grabbed at her face, before she revolted back, letting her go. “No..”

One of her eyes had turned a deep gold.. “… What.. What happened? I can’t see you? I can’t see you!!” Selena panicked “Shhh.. Shhh, its okay— that’s.. not normal but—“ She felt her parents desperately grab at her, checking on her— “Why can’t I—“ “Shiori, Shiori I need you to breathe- breathe for me!” Barry pleaded her “I’m trying—!!” “Oh honey..” “What happened— what happened?!”

She felt a hand on her shoulder, that then moved up to her face “… You.. Had a giratina encounter.” “How are you even alive..?!” “And most importantly.. we lost him.” Her parents and Andromeda said one-by-one

Selena sat there, panicked and anxious, desperately trying to catch her breath and fix her eyesight— and all the noise wasn’t helping.. “.. I just.. Shut up!! I wanna go home!! I can’t see— I can’t see anything and I don’t fucking care what happened I just..” She took a breath. “… What.. I have to go after him!”

She tries to stand up, but is pulled down by her parents “No! We need to find out why you’re blind, and how..”

Selena tried to look where her parents were “… Healing Wish.“ She said, a pokeball that was in its holster on her hip lighting up. “… Thats the thing with being a legendary trainer.. Easy access… Just.. Let go of me!”

Her eyes cleared up and with a shine in her eyes, she kicked back and got out of their grip. She looked back to her parents, and before they could fight she stepped off. “I have to go after him.”
