I also could not help myself and got another commission from @love-is-a-pearl of Paul and the kids!! They truulllyyy knocked this out of the park, I’m blown away with this piece!! I’m so in love with it!! 🥹🩷🩷

I’m not sure if people remember my Paul lore but

and paul initially has very complicated feelings about fatherhood.

he doesn’t have a good relationship with brandon since brandon blames paul for his mom leaving him and they never make it past that, paul’s scared of becoming a parent because he doesn’t want to end up like his father, or worse, have to face the fact that it’s actually very easy to love his kids and that it’s not hard at all + he was never unloveable just that brandon sucks (which he does have a meltdown over because he instantly loves pj so much) … and then ash is trying to feel out paul’s reaction like, “do you want kids” and paul’s like, “no never. i don’t trust myself to not mess up some poor kid” and ash has to be like “🥺 I’m pregnant” and paul of COURSE loves him and is like “… i will try… i won’t be perfect though”

Paul decides that he’s not going to be his dad and that he’s going to step up and slowly throughout the pregnancy came around to the idea of being a dad :) But once he’s on board he’s not doing anything half assed. He and Reggie build Jr’s crib themselves (only for the baby to not use it LOL), he spends months setting up the nursery (only for them to move the crib into their room skdhjd), doing typical dad things!!

Babies' First Victories.....?

PLZA AU where everything is the same except AZ is the adoptive (grand)father of a 4 year old. (with art brought to you by the wonderful amazing @love-is-a-pearl!)

Introducing Gerallt (or Ger)! Old-fashioned name courtesy of his papa. He was found abandoned as a baby near Hotel Z before AZ acquired it and, when nobody came forward to claim him, AZ eventually took him in himself, considering him a sign that this was the right place to set down his roots. (Floette was also delighted at new life being around to brighten the place). Ger grows up at the hotel, and eventually ends up a surrogate little brother figure to Team MZ down the line as well! And, once he's older, he goes on a journey himself alongside Floette, as shown in the middle of the piece. (Various other things happen in his life, but I don't want to get into spoilers here.)

Before this game was even announced, I had come up with the idea of AZ adopting a kid sometime after the XY games. Since he's lived for so long, I liked the idea that he had looked after children before, even if unintentionally and/or sporadically (and then ZA went and supported my hcs by showing him adept at handling a group of teenagers). When his role in PLZA was revealed, I just couldn't stop thinking about the idea of him raising a child in the hotel, and this continued when I played the game, so I'm so pleased to have the opportunity for LiaP to render my imaginings so beautifully!

After seeing @pkmn-thenextgeneration ‘s wonderful comms of Reggie/Daisy and Paul’s family I couldn’t resist getting a comm from @love-is-a-pearl myself and they did such an amazing job with this scene!! I do pick favorites and the Kuro-Berlitz’s are the favorites. I’m just so happy with how this comm turned out. Make sure to shower Silvi with love in the comments (and commission them wink wink nudge nudge :P)

I'm watching videos of Pokemon Z-A and I designed the holders for my fankids Keys Stones. I didn't want to do the usual bracelet.

Today we go with the Kalos babies, From left to right, we have:

🟣 Phoenix’s mega cufflinks : For Diantha's son, we have a double stone cufflinks for his outfit. Since he mostly wears tuxedos or formal wear, I thought it was a fantastic idea. ( Phoenix is Diantha’s son )

🟡 Irene’s mega hair ribbon : As a fashion designer and accessory lover like Irene is , it occurred to me to add the Key Stone to her hair bow. She could have done it by herself, giving a rather aesthetic use to an important object. Perhaps having the Key Stone on the back of your head sounds awkward, but for her, it isn't. ( Irene is Malva’s daughter )

🟠 Soleil’s mega Charm : For Soleil, I wanted to make something cute but simple at the same time, so I was inspired by those mobile phone charms filled with colorful and pretty beads. It's something she made by herself. ( Soleil is Lyssandre and Sycamore’s daughter )

🔵 Leo’s mega Keychain : For Leo, I also wanted to make something simple and easy to carry, so I thought of a small, handy keychain that could be attached to his belt. Of course, the accompanying charm is Soleil's work, who gave it to him years ago. ( Leo is Lyssandre and Sycamore’s son )
