Federico Viticci on Calendar Sets in the new Fantastical 2 for Mac:

If you use multiple calendars constantly, this is a game changer.

I previously used Fantastical (v1) to input all new events using the menu bar app and Calendar (the built in calendar on Mac) to manage those events and, well, my calendars. To enable and disable calendars from view, I'd have to uncheck each calendar - then check them all again when I was done. No more. Pushing CTRL (^) and 1-3 will bring up either All Calendars, my "Work" calendar set, and a calendar set that has a couple specific calendars disabled.

This is a small overall change, but so welcomed. I don't know of any other calendar app doing everything Fantastical 2 is doing.
