Maybe it's cuz I got that service dog in me, but I love fantasy scenarios where belly expansion happens from fulfilling some kind of job. For example, being a creature that can safely eat and digest literal garbage. It's better to feed it to you than to have it rotting and harming the environment in some landfill, right? So the creature eats so much garbage that it gains a lot of weight. It could be a creature with a huge stomach and a large mouth that can fit an entire garbage bag inside. Or what about a creature that delivers things, and stores them in their stomach for safety? Or getting inflated in public for everyone's cheering entertainment? Maybe it's not even a fantasy thing, and instead it's something like being a taste tester, and the food is so fattening and you're such a hard worker...

Anyone I was thinking about a person ending up in an isekai situation but it's not isekai actually, they just end up revisiting one of their past lives as a ruler of a kingdom. And their past life somehow gets swapped with them and ends up in our timeline. They both begin to gain weight and by the time they both return to their proper timelines/lives their both so fat no one even bats an eye

the king sends a knight to slay it and once in the lair he can only find a rather plump looking dragon passed out in a food coma.

oohhhh, well u know i love magic :3 and i have just the thing in mind recently that fits this

I want to be transformed, without realizing it or knowing it, to physically and mentally be shaped by somebody else their wants and will. To grow bigger, fatter and rounder To mentally change and become needier and lazier (or possibly even the opposite, if thats what the person transforming me wants :3) And if i can rlly dream, To also grow shorter and bottom heavy and green and gain biigggggg pointy ears and sharp teeth and ... goblin :p
