AJSJASKJSKSJASKLSKALAK I just read your headcanons about program!rewrite & physical!reader and I couldn’t help but imagine a scene like:

"Pffff— yeah suuure, well, if you’re a god, then why don’t you make… I dunno, an apple appear on my desk? Like, right now."

"..."

"What’s wrong god? Weren’t you supposed to be able to do anything?"

"..."

"Haha, so funny, wanna see something really funny?"

And then rewrite pulls this move:

HELLOOO DAYDREAMS!!! I’m finally back and I FINISHED the drawing I was making a few days ago about the fic where the reader sacrifices themselves for Tails. This is a bit long but I feel the need to tell you, anyway it took me a long time to make this drawing because, have you ever felt like what you’re making somehow looks worse than what you did before? I was trying to go back to the style of the previous drawing I made but, IT JUST WOULDN’T WORK and I don’t know why, I mean, I made it myself so…??? But yeah, the thing is I got really FRUSTRATED and very sad because no matter how much I painted I was never satisfied (Now I think it looks good, but I still have a bitter taste.). This is the drawing in question:

Anyway, after thinking about it I came to the conclusion that maybe I’m a bit overwhelmed with this style? Because it takes me a lot of work and it’s very strict (?). Here’s a proof of my madness:

So, I decided I need a break from that and I was like: what if I make drawings without using any specific style? Just painting freely, and this is what came out:

This time it was fun, and I felt more satisfied so now I’m happy ;), in the end I think it was actually a good thing to have that block because it lets me try new things.

Either way, I’M EXCITED FOR YOUR MIDARETA FIC!!!!!! I know it’s going to turn out amazing (like everything you do), just remember to rest as much as you need afterward, and I hope you can also take advantage of all your writing blocks to try new things, just like in my case. <3<3<3

THOSE ALL LOOK GREAT i especially love the lighting of the third (midareta) one... looks really spooky and foggy :0 but i love all of them...

i'm sorry the first one was really frustrating!! yeah, sometimes limiting yourself to a strict style can be really really stress inducing... but i'm glad you ended up liking the final product + ended up having fun with the newer arts :)

i do think art should focus on what's most fun and enjoyable for you + the new ones do look really good anyways too!! the second one (with rewrite in the grass) reminds me of a storybook it's pretty cute + the pose and lines in the 4th one is pretty dynamic. lots to say about these so i'm kinda rambling but yeah akskfk

ALSO THANK YOUUU i'm so excited to finally get it out there. i did hit a block with it at one point, i had to rewrite a lot of things to get it to a more manageable point which did help. so i appreciate you sharing your story too :) sometimes all we need is a new perspective

Hii daydreams!!! :3 I made a drawing based on your latest writing, IT WAS SOOO ADORABLEEE, I love how you interpret rewrite so I’ll probably make more drawings akjshajhsuaha. Anyway, I also wanted to take the chance to tell you—did you know that in Roblox some fans made a game called "Outcome Memories"? I’m not sure if you know it or not, but basically it’s like a Dead by Daylight version of Sonic.exe, and it’s really good because you can fight against the exe (although you can only stun him) and it’s super fun to work in teams.

Anyway, THE SOUNDTRACK DAYDREAM THE SOUNDTRACK is beautiful, and I’m specifically talking about the solos that play when there’s only one character left alive (in the game, if there’s only one survivor, their own theme starts playing) and they’re ALL AMAZING!!!! So if you don’t know the game or haven’t played it, I still recommend you listen to them because they’re totally worth it. My favorites are: "TEA-TIME WALTZ" (Cream solo), "Break Free" (Sonic solo), "Cracked Empire" (Eggman solo), and "Feel The Fury" (Knuckles solo). I honestly feel like they represent the characters really well and the situation they’re in.

AND I HEARD ABOUT OUTCOME MEMORIES but i didn't know the soundtrack was that good :0 each character having their own unique song for being the last one alive is really cool. i'll check it out

Just had a thought l'd like to share abt reader

With the readers appearance being left up to interpretation, I always imagined that the reader was a mishmash of various unused models and not one particular character

I made a couple sketches for it :)

OHHH LOOK AT THIS this is really cool... yeah that's a good idea :0!! the "mishmash of multiple characters" does actually kinda fit the theme of a reader insert, since they're meant to be a stand-in for all the readers :0

it kinda looks like analog horror lol

IT DOES LOOK LIKE ANALOG HORROR HMSMR the red, blue and green is cool :0 rgb values really fit rewrite's theme imo so this is also neat
