I have so many theories my dude. My TAZ knowledge is limited to the occasional piece of art that’s crossed my dash so I know jack shit about the story. 

I do know some characters by like, appearance/name due to some fanart stuff? Like when they gave this golem the name Kravitz I’m sitting here going “???????????” because I’ve seen art of that man and ooh honey am I right so now I’ve got this little internal monologue debating the many ways this crystal golem could possibly turn into that fine hunk of tall dark and pretty-
