"Wow a fake fan" she said with a scoff, making sure to place the emoji that would showcase her disappointment. She looked around for the support of her comrades, though the ones she found seemed to only echo her words rather than bring forth new perspectives. She began to doubt her place as the leader of this strange revolution, but pushed the feelings aside. No, this was right. This person, though it was only one tweet where they did not express being a fan of the show in any way, was a FAKE fan. One who did not deserve to be among the other followers.
Yet, the more time went on, the more she began to wonder… was this truly what she wanted? To have the minds of hundreds enslaved, only to forfeit her own? Suddenly, it occurred to her. Casual fans existed. The revelation made her jump out of bed and rush to her phone, wishing beyond all else that she could undo her mistake, but it was too late.
The fake fan had been executed. A movement she had not approved of, but one that had happened because of her. She was not the last domino to fall, nor was she even one in the stack, but she was the finger that tipped it over. She had no god, so she had played god. Now the innocent man was dead.
She fell to her knees, sobbing for mercy for the first time in her life to whatever god would listen, but there was nobody to listen. Nobody except for the pie hating Dash played the role of a god in her life, and she could do nothing but cling to it like a lifeline. Though one who hates pies could not hope to love its children.
The fake fan had died, and yet she was the one in hell.
