Farside Bunny – Shine
With this technique, Farside reverses the usual effects of her Semblance. Rather than becoming intangible to electromagnetic energy wavelengths, she becomes absolutely reflective of them.
So rather than become invisible, she can become glaringly bright; the brighter her surroundings, the brighter her body. (This still renders her remaining eye effectively blind.)
This technique does not allow for illumination as bright and blinding as the Living Shadow’s Glare technique, because Farside cannot store and pile up solar energy.
Still, Farside is able to employ this technique to great effect, glinting brightly enough to draw the enemy’s attention away from her team before vanishing before the enemy’s eyes, or throwing her invisible boomerang weapon out to suddenly flare it behind them as a distraction from a frontal attack from her shield.
She can use this to repel thermal and electrical energy as well, but this largely accomplishes nothing that she can’t do simply by becoming intangible to those forms of energy. It does allow her to redirect laser beams, though.
