spinning gifs are back... deep v back relaxed fit playsuit using remnants of wool and linen from my first year design project :)))
made a pair of flared shorts out of some slubby linen. really love how it turned out - will make the next pair a longer length with an elastic waistband!
the major project I’ll be working on this sem. we had to pick either sass & bide, lifewithbird, or cue and design a range of 5 dresses in wool, with some type of collar and sleeves. took inspo from lingerie and armoury and the girls costumes in sucker punch haha.
some ~*sensual seduction*~ for your tuesday night, a little vid of my first big assessment for fashun skool set to jasmine. our brief was to design a collection of summer skirts for witchery and choose one to create a pattern for and then produce in class. i took shape and colour inspo from ~the architecture of swimming pools~ and added a bit versatility and functionality because garments that can be worn numerous ways make me happy. i'm pretty happy with it overall, though the hem doesn't sit right because the flares weight it down on the sides but i guess that gives it MOVEMENT and DYNAMICS or whatever.
