Don’t be sad :( maybe try to listen to their ideas and be supportive. Most of the time they’ll repay it.

the sad thing's that i've been working with them for the past month and all i've done is listen to them and accept everything they throw at me, i cannot reject anything because i tend to feel really bad and all i do is try to help them improve? like once i didn't want to bring up a flaw and the teacher pointed it out... 

i'm hoping it gets better and i'll try to be a little more assertive?
