Eating fast is morally neutral. You don't have to justify yourself if you're a fast eater. Even if you're not eating fast because of food insecurity, starvation, or what have you, eating fast is still morally neutral. This is including fat people who eat fast. Eating fast is not "gluttony," and it is okay to eat food in the first place. It's also still morally neutral to eat fast even if you eat fast due to trauma and/or a negative relationship with food. Anyone who judges you for eating fast, especially if they hold a double standard for fat people, is an asshole and has an opinion that is not worth your time or happiness.
Slow eating is not a sign of moral goodness. Fast eating is not a sign of moral failure. You're allowed to eat food.
