They run experiments whose purpose is to create knowledge and learning.
Because each piece of learning creates acceleration.”
“Perhaps we learn that we need to check my equations and the physics, perhaps we learn that this is just really hard and this particular idea can’t be our low cost solution, or we learn that a new tool, or learn a method we should NOT use again.”
YES, and this requires a culture of true celebration of failure as long as something learned is considered a valuable gain.
