Round the Back at Matheson w / Heidi.
A brisk swim with ‘The Gunner’ (fast girl) Heidi round the back of the island, and a short float with the fish, as an antidote for being back on dry land after the Mokes.
It turns out that swimming with Heidi is like swimming with a boat. I need to get my stroke up!!
