I have been waiting for this day for a very long time. Today was Fat Thursday in Poland, which is the last day before the Easter Fast begins. So people eat as many doughnuts as they can. In this photo, you can see a very fine specimen of pączek filled with rose sorbet made by Pączek w Maśle.
However, don’t be fooled by this one doughnut in the picture. I had 4 doughnuts and I’m pretty sure that I went over 4000 calories for today. #noregrets #okmaybetinybitregret
