I guess I’d just like see a few more Venn Diagrams of ‘Happy, Fat, and Successful’ that are just one big circle, you know?

Imma just say it.

I’m annoyed when blogs dedicated to fat visibility reblog photos of me that I didn’t tag with any sort of body tags. Especially my photos that are focused on my hair or costumes. And then they add all these detailed descriptors of my “body type” in to the tags and it makes me feel weirdly scrutinized and dissected.

And it wouldn’t be nearly as annoying if they just ASKED. Visibility is important, but so is consent.
