Sayuri Kurosawa was the wife from a farmer known as the chief of Osimyaka village. Married for over ten years, they suddenly discovered why they still had no baby, even though they tried countless times: she wasn’t able to get pregnant. This sad event instigated her husband to cheat on her, since he was desperate to get an heir. Sayuri caught her husband with her sister in the act, and due to a deception rage, she ran to her room, locked herself in, and pierced her eyes with the chopsticks she was using in her hair, so she wouldn’t ever see any other disgrace in her life. She bled till dying at the tatami of her room. Her sister got pregnant by her husband and now, as a ghost, she haunts, till today, the houses they live in, making them moving again and again.

My name is Park Seonghwa. When I was 6 years old I was to be sacrifice to applease a demon that lurks on my family property. For centuries, my family has appleased these demons and in reward my family was blessed with good fortune and most of all money. However, on the day of the final ritual, I ran with the help of my nurse maid and a darkness swallowed up the property like tsunami of, cursed my family and mostly myself.

Park Seonghwa is the only survivor of a entire massacre of his family, found stumbling through a nearby town within the pouring rain and taken to Seoul. He was adopted by a kind family and the disaster of his family fell into a cold case. Today he attends Seoul University in a major of Photography. His family land vacant and covered in fog. Some venture there but never return. Moans, crying and screams sometimes can be heard from inside. Ghost hunters have described the condition as a loop. Constantly reliving the day the darkness came, but the spirits seem to be searching for someone, someone who is missing
